Server

Servers are the face of El Vinedo Local.  They are responsible for the following:

- Greet guests enthusiastically

- Ensure high quality service is provided to each guest

- Deliver drinks and food to the tables

- Side work as required

- Responsible for cleanliness of the dining room and patio

- Meet health department requirements in the delivery of food

- Learn about wine and how to sell wines to guests

- Other duties as assigned by front of house management

Line Cook

The Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures under the direction or the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. The individual should safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc. 


Bartender

Bartenders are the face of El Vinedo Local.  They are responsible for the following:

- Greet guests enthusiastically

- Ensure high quality service is provided to each guest

- Prepare bar cocktails, coffees, and stage wine for the servers

- Delivery drinks and food to the tables

- Meet health department requirements in the delivery of food

- Learn about wine and how to sell wines to guests

- Responsible for maintaining inventory of wines and spirits

- Responsible for cleaning bar at the end of the evening

- Other duties as assigned by front of house management
